GUARD EX SECURITY, INC. is a New Jersey domestic profit corporation operating under New Jersey License No. 1663. GuardEX offers security services in the United States, primarily in New Jersey.

GuardEX does not offer security services in the European Union or European Economic Area. Access to this website from another location does not mean that GuardEX offers or agrees to provide services there.

The website provides general information about GuardEX services and ways to request information, a quote, a callback, employment consideration, or other follow-up.

Website content is not a security assessment, post order, emergency service, binding quote, promise of staffing, or security-services agreement. Actual scope, duties, pricing, schedule, start date, response procedures, and service levels must be confirmed in writing by authorized GuardEX and client representatives.

A submitted form or dEX conversation is a request for follow-up. GuardEX may need property details, a walkthrough, credential requirements, staffing review, and other information before confirming service or pricing.

By submitting a quote, contact, or other inquiry, you authorize GuardEX to respond by phone or email about that request. If you request a callback, you authorize a GuardEX team member to call the number provided about the request. GuardEX's automated systems do not place outbound calls.

Submitting a website request does not authorize unrelated marketing or third-party marketing. GuardEX will use text messaging only when you specifically request, agree to, or initiate that communication, and carrier message and data rates may apply.

dEX is an automated assistant that may use AI for eligible questions. Its responses are informational, may be incomplete or incorrect, and must not be relied on for an emergency, legal obligation, regulatory decision, safety-critical instruction, or final service commitment.

dEX may operate as a website assistant and, when active, as an automated receptionist for inbound calls. It does not initiate outbound calls, create voiceprints, or perform biometric voice identification. You may request human follow-up. GuardEX may review submitted conversations, limited call summaries, and related records to respond, improve service, prevent abuse, and investigate technical issues as described in the Privacy Policy.

Submitting employment information through the website expresses interest in potential employment and allows the GuardEX hiring team to review and respond. It is not an employment offer, employment agreement, promise of an interview, or guarantee of placement.

The website does not conduct a background check and a website submission is not authorization for one. If GuardEX speaks with a candidate and later requests a background check, GuardEX will handle that process separately and provide any disclosure and authorization required by applicable law.

The website, dEX, contact forms, and callback requests are not monitored emergency channels. If there is an immediate threat to life, safety, or property, call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority.

Do not use website content to replace site-specific professional judgment, approved emergency procedures, law-enforcement direction, fire or medical guidance, or a written GuardEX service plan.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with operation, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape at a harmful rate, misuse forms or dEX, or use the website to violate another person's rights.

GuardEX may limit or block access, preserve relevant records, and report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, GuardEX, or others.

The website's text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, software, and arrangement are owned by or licensed to GuardEX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, modify, remove notices from, or commercially exploit website content without written permission, except where applicable law allows it.

The website may use or link to third-party maps, analytics, security, AI, communications, social-media, review, and other services. GuardEX does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.
